It was so beautiful it was only one cloud and it was a thin one in 3 halves it was nothing I have ever seen in my entire life, it changed colors the middle halve changed from red, to orange, to yellow, blue, green, the top halve stayed red, and the bottom halve stayed blue.
I jut googeled "rainbow cloud" and ended up with "circumhorizontal arc" [link] It turns out that "circumhorizontal arc" is common in the united states in the summer
